Jose E. Gallego is committed to providing personal injury clients and their families superior representation in a welcoming environment. He has a passion for the law that translates into complete dedication to his clients and their cause.

Mr. Gallego is a former insurance defense attorney, which affords him a unique perspective when negotiating with and litigating against insurance company attorneys. Clients benefit greatly from this experience.

A Miami native, Mr. Gallego earned his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1992 and his J.D. in 1999 from Georgia State University. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
